Meet Judd Mintz

Judd Mintz is the President and owner of NeXsora Solutions, where he leads new client acquisition, business development, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives for TMG Business Solutions and its affiliated companies.

A Cleveland native now living in Tampa, Florida with his wife Vanessa, Judd earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Dayton before spending 25 years in Los Angeles in the entertainment industry and building international sales organizations across multiple industries.

In 2021, Judd co-founded TMG Business Solutions with his brother Damon Mintz and their father Steve Mintz to help businesses access ERTC (Employee Retention Tax Credit) and other tax solutions during the pandemic. The company went on to help create billions of dollars in value for clients.

Judd is known for his consultative leadership style, ability to build lasting relationships, and passion for helping organizations improve financial performance while investing in the health and well-being of their workforce.
